Read the full ABC Kids Learning Adventure Privacy PolicyKids Learning Adventure is designed to be a safe, minimal-data experience. The app does not require an account. We collect only anonymised, aggregated usage data (such as level completion counts and crash reports) so we can improve gameplay quality. We do not sell, rent or share personal data.
The app is designed for children aged 2–7 and complies with COPPA (U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), the UK ICO Age-Appropriate Design Code, and GDPR-K. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. No behavioural profiling, targeted advertising, or third-party trackers are used inside the gameplay experience.
The app requests only the minimum permissions needed to work — for example, storage access to save progress locally on the device. Camera, microphone, contacts, and location are never requested by gameplay. If a permission is required for an optional feature, we will ask clearly before it is used.
We use a limited number of trusted providers to run the app, such as anonymised crash-reporting (e.g. Firebase Crashlytics) and app-store distribution (Google Play, Apple App Store). These providers only receive the minimum data required to perform their service and are contractually required to respect user privacy.

Kids Learning Adventure is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the child's use of the app. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
All game content — including illustrations, characters, sounds, code, and copy — is the intellectual property of WebsiteAndGo and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard to deliver a polished, educational experience, we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific learning outcomes will be achieved. Educational benefits vary per child.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebsiteAndGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
