These terms govern your use of the WebsiteAndGo website and services. By using our website or engaging us, you agree to these terms.
Website Use
Our website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise its security, or reproduce content without permission.
Services
Every engagement is governed by a separate written Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal. In case of conflict, the SOW takes precedence over these general terms.
Payments
Fees, milestones and payment schedules are agreed in each SOW. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments accrue interest at 4% above Bank of England base rate.
Deliverables & IP
Final deliverables become your property upon full payment. We retain rights to underlying components, methodologies and non-client-specific code libraries. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.
Warranty
We warrant our work will be performed with reasonable skill and care and will substantially conform to the SOW. We do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver services or by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to termination remains billable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
