Shopify Migration Service

Migrating to Shopify — from Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or a custom platform — is a zero-mistakes operation. One botched 301 map can wipe six months of rankings. We run Shopify migrations with product, customer, order, review and content transfer plus a full redirect matrix and SEO safety net.

Magento 1 and 2 (both approaching EOL), WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix and custom PHP or Rails ecommerce systems. Also platform-to-platform Shopify-to-Shopify Plus upgrades with data merges for M&A.

The Search Console safety net

For 60 days post-migration we monitor Google Search Console for spikes in 404s, crawl anomalies and ranking drops. Anything that doesn't match projections gets fixed within 24 hours — it's part of the engagement, not an add-on.

Frequently asked questions

  • Historical orders yes. Passwords no — no platform can decrypt hashed passwords. We trigger a forced 'reset password' email on first login and word it carefully so it doesn't hurt conversion.

  • Small catalogues (under 500 SKUs): 2–3 weeks. Mid-market (500–5,000 SKUs): 4–6 weeks. Enterprise (5,000+): 8–12 weeks.
